how long does it take before i see results?

WHAT IF I DON'T NEED A WHOLE PACKAGE, CAN I JUST MEET WITH YOU 1:1 for integration AS NEEDED?
Can i just buy the mycrodosing blend without the package or integration sessions?
Well, it all depends on how much healing you're ready for, how much time and self-love you're willing to invest in yourself and how far along you are in your process. You might think that we want you to purchase the highest price option but honestly, that's not how we operate here and we want what's best for YOU and your healing journey.
If you've never mycrodosed before, "Power Up" is a great starter option but at the same time, if you have mycrodosed before, then "Power Up" might be all you need to make the shifts you're looking for because you've already been working on yourself.
Scientifically, to see a baseline rewiring take place that is noticeable, it is recommended to mycrodose AND integrate for 90 days. minimum. This is where "Power Up" is great but it only STARTS showing results in this amount of time.
If you're wanting to create permanently imbedded changes and continue healing deeper and deeper layers, then "System Reboot" or "Total System Upgrade" is the way to go!
When will i receive my mycrodos blend and when can i schedule my first session?
The gold standard for mycrodosing is 90 days but that is the point in which permanent rewiring effects have STARTED to take place. There's so much more beyond that point. In my personal experience, I mycrodosed on and off for a year and even though I don't mycrodose regularly anymore, I still will mycrodose during heavy energetic phases of my life or if I feel called to dig deep or process something this way when something comes up in my process BUT ONLY IF I'M CALLED. You don't need mycrodosing to heal and integrate but it definitely accelerates your process.
For best results, 4-6 months is highly recommended and can be taken as needed beyond that point.
